The Flexa 607 represents the very top of the Casadei Busellato range of heavy duty edgebanding equipment.

Its key features include belt driven top feeding, ensuring that the panels to be processed are always securely held and providing the very best edge finish.

The machine is controlled via a 12” touch screen with an intuitive interface. Boasting 100 different programs and six rapid recall options, it allows the complete line setting of every function.

The Flexa 607 has recently been installed by Banbury-based firm, Unitech, which has subsequently seen an increase in its previous edging capacity in excess of 30%.

MD Kevin Crouch advised the quick-change setting, which allows the smallest panel run to be implemented within minutes, saving valuable time and increasing throughput.
